Q. Why do I need a home inspection?
A. Purchasing a home may be the largest investment one could make. It is important to make the most educated choice possible. A. After an offer has been accepted and a deposit is made on a property, a customer generally has a period of five business days to have an inspection compete.

A. The home buyer or seller should contact us to schedule the inspection.

Q. How long does the inspection take?

A. In most cases, the entire process takes about 2-4 hours, depending on the size and complexity of the structure and its systems.
